Creative Medical Designs, Inc. is a small privately held corporation involved in the design, production, and distribution of four patented Rayhack® Osteotomy Systems: Ulnar Shortening Generation I and II (low profile locking); Radial Shortening in Kienbock's disease; and Radial Malunion Distraction. Since entering the commercial market in May 1993, Creative Medical Designs, Inc. has remained a hands-on, responsive company dedicated to meeting the individual needs of our customers. Close contact and feedback from surgeons using the equipment has enabled the company to make constant improvements to its systems which are all proudly manufactured within the USA. Detailed surgical protocols and teaching videos permit surgeons to prepare for each procedure without reliance on local field representatives.

In September of 2006, the Rayhack Generation II low profile ulnar locking system was launched. This new lower profile design enables more placement options and versatility when performing ulnar osteotomies ranging from 3.5 to 18.1 mm. Dr. John Rayhack continues to provide ongoing technical support for the systems he has invented while maintaining a full-time private wrist and hand practice in Tampa, Florida.
